The suite we stayed in was lovely and magnificent. Appreciated the location, it was particularly good and unbeatable so close to Brugge, and the pretty garden.

castelsuites was beyond expectations. from the exceptional room to the personalized service provided by filip, it was a truly unforgettable stay. the level of detail and hospitality shown made us feel like we were in our own luxurious sanctuary.

The location offered was absolutely perfect and great right by the city center, and Brugge. Sint-Andries district was worth exploring.

The setting was particularly good and great, so close to the city center, the main tourist area, and the gardens. The staff were super-friendly and great and assisted with private parking.

we had room which had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioner and was exceptional. the bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. the staff were helpful, took care of us during 3 days stay.

Upon arrival at Castelsuites, I was greeted by Patrick with a warm and friendly welcome. He surprised me with a glass of Prosecco and a light snack, which made me feel instantly at home. Patrick went above and beyond in providing recommendations for bistros and activities to explore in Bruges, ensuring that I had a memorable experience. The bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I had during my entire trip. The suite itself had a charming ambiance, with real candles adding to the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely perfect, offering a delightful selection of meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, and even Prosecco for those who desired it. The entire property was simply amazing, and I couldn't find any fault with it. Although I didn't get to experience the courtyard due to the rain, I still had a wonderful stay at Castelsuites.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly posh, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. Guests are treated to a glass of Prosecco and some nibbles upon arrival, adding a touch of elegance to the experience. The attentive host goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even offering pick-up and drop-off services at the train station.

There were no bath toiletries provided, which was a slight inconvenience for international travelers.

The staff was super-friendly and great. The location was particularly good, relatively near a bustling plaza. And the area was local, short walk to the pretty garden, Castelsuites and Bruges by train.

The room at Castelsuites in Bruges was amazing! It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The private bathroom was a nice touch. I loved the tile/marble floor, it added a touch of elegance. Plus, the view from the suite was breathtaking. Oh, and the tea/coffee maker was a lifesaver in the mornings!

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit noisy. But hey, that's just me.

Free WiFi? Air conditioning? A restaurant and a bar? I felt like I was living in luxury at Castelsuites. And guess what? There's even a terrace! I could pretend I was a fancy socialite sipping champagne in the open air.

Oh, who needs blinds or frosted windows in a bathroom anyway? Just a little discomfort in using the facilities.
